A 50% deposit is required once your booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel your booking it must be cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the retreat for a refund and so we have the opportunity to offer your place to someone else. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date then the deposit is non-refundable as our retreats are for only small groups.
